Refund policy

30 Days Returns and Refunds

We do accept returns for non-opened products. Refunds are issued when products arrive back to our facility. We do not issue refunds due postage delays as this is out of our control. In the event a package does not arrive we will start an auspost investigation and then issue a refund.

Non-returnable items (Opened)

Certain types of items cannot be returned when opened, like perishable goods (such as lollies from our pick and mix). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item via our email contact@widebaysweets.com.au
